1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors

Spark 180 may automatically collect and/or track (1) the home server domain names, email addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to the Site, (2) the email addresses of visitors that communicate with Spark 180 via email, (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, and surveys, and (4) user-specific information on what pages visitors access.

Spark 180 also collects information you voluntarily agree to provide us through the form provided on the website. Information collected includes limited personal and company data: your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Spark 180 does not place Internet cookies on visitors’ hard drives except as necessary to automatically maintain website session data. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor’s hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Spark 180. Spark 180’s website is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. Spark 180 does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 (“children”). Spark 180 does not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. In the event a child submits information to Spark 180’s website, the child’s parent or guardian will receive an email alerting them to the child’s registration and provide instructions on how the parent could delete the child’s registration, if so desired.
